1. About BeChilli

BeChilli is a digital dance platform providing:

• exclusive video content through a paid monthly membership hosted on HeroHero;

• (future) merchandise such as t-shirts or other branded apparel.

Our mission is to inspire and empower dancers around the world through unique online content and community-building.
 

2. Ownership of Content

All content published under the BeChilli brand – including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, branding, and course material – is intellectual property owned exclusively by BeChilli.

Redistributing, copying, downloading, recording, or sharing any content from the members-only section on HeroHero is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.
 

3. Access via HeroHero

BeChilli content is hosted and managed on HeroHero.com, a third-party subscription platform. Users must have an active HeroHero account and subscription to access premium content.

BeChilli is not responsible for any technical issues, outages, or failures of the HeroHero platform. For billing or access issues, please refer directly to HeroHero’s Terms & Support.
 

4. Payments & Cancellations

All payments are processed through HeroHero. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time via your HeroHero account settings. BeChilli does not issue refunds for partial billing cycles. Please refer to HeroHero’s payment policies for more information. The subscription price may change on a monthly basis as new content is added and the platform evolves. 
 

5. Merchandise Sales

In the future, BeChilli may offer physical products (e.g., t-shirts or accessories) for sale. Merchandise purchases will be handled via a separate checkout process and may include additional terms (e.g., shipping fees, return policy, and delivery timeframes). EU customers have the right to withdraw from a physical goods purchase within 14 days of delivery.
 

6. User Conduct

By accessing BeChilli services, you agree to:

• use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes;

• not distribute, reproduce, or publicly share any content;

• not misuse or exploit any part of the platform for illegal or harmful activities.
   

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through announcements on the BeChilli platform. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

BeChilli is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or third-party service failures. While we strive to provide high-quality content and smooth access, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free experiences.
