Kvetca
Founder of BeChilli, Dancer
Czech Republic
A dance rebel who fell in love with bachata on the island of Bali after thinking for years she was “too old” to dance again.
She’s also the creator of Bachali, a Czech-based dance community project where she shares her unmistakable energy and love for movement.
Kveta leads and follows, and loves mixing bachata with other styles – which shaped her unique vibe and attitude.
She danced as a kid (like most of us) – then quit, thinking she was “too old” to dance again. Biggest mistake of her life. Everything changed on the island of Bali, where she discovered bachata (without knowing the difference between bachata and chabata 😉). It was love at first step. Kveta trained with teachers between Indonesia and the Czech Republic, fell in love with urban and fusion bachata. She doesn’t choose sides – she masters both, and speaks both languages: lead and follow. With BeChilli, she’s on a mission to bring something fresh, real, and spicy into the dance world. In Czechia, she also runs events under her own brand: Bachali – where she’s known for her signature energy that’s hard to miss. She also enjoys dancing other styles, but just for fun – salsa, kizomba, hip hop and traditional Balinese dance as well.

Antonio Laguna
Spain
Coach, Dancer and Creator of Gentle Leading and Inner Growth for Dancers
Two projects that use dance as a mirror for personal transformation. Originally from Spain and now based in Bali, Antonio has been dancing for over seven years, with a main focus on Bachata. He’s currently expanding into Zouk and Kizomba, bringing his curiosity and passion for growth into every step.
After leaving a successful corporate career, he chose to follow his purpose: helping others grow through movement, coaching and deep inner work. Today, he works with dancers from all over the world, guiding them to overcome insecurity, self-doubt and performance anxiety. His goal is not just to improve their dancing, but to support their evolution as human beings. Antonio’s approach combines life coaching, embodiment, shadow work and conscious leadership for dancers, always with a strong emotional and spiritual foundation. Through 1:1 coaching, workshops and his content on Instagram (@antonio.laguna.coach), he invites dancers to explore who they really are beyond the steps. Fun fact: before all this, he lived in five countries, worked in international business, and still remembers how lost he felt at his very first social. That moment became the spark that turned the dance floor into his favorite space for healing and self-discovery.
